In the air conditioner, it is divided into refrigerant cycling system and air cycling system, the refrigeration purpose is accomplished through match up of these two systems.

 

It is divided into blower motor, indoor blower assembly (to evaporator), outdoor blower (to condenser)

 

It is divided into four major elements of compressor, condenser, expansion gear, and evaporator as well as connecting tube sets, the system is closed, with refrigerant sealed in. The four elements are accounted for the following works respectively:

1	Compressor:
	It is accounted for functions of pushing flow and compression for refrigerant, after elevated pressure applied to low pressure low temperature gas state refrigerant, it will turn into high pressure high temperature gas state according to ideal gas equation.
2	Condenser
	As high pressure high temperature gas state refrigerant flows into “condenser”, through heat exchange brought about by aluminum fins of condenser and outdoor blower assembly, the refrigerant heat dissipation objectives are reached, then the refrigerant becomes high pressure medium temperature liquid state.
3	Expansion gear
	Through flow choke by “expansion gear”, the high pressure medium liquid state refrigerant expands to low pressure low temperature saturation state (gas state + liquid state).
4	Evaporator
	As low pressure low temperature saturation state refrigerant flows into “evaporator”, through heat exchange brought about by aluminum fins of evaporator and indoor blower assembly, the refrigerant refrigeration objectives are reached, then the refrigerant returns back to low pressure low temperature gas state. It runs in cycle in this way, and “air conditioning” operation is accomplished.
